The previous owners of our Del Mar house had wall to wall carpeting in every room, and when we pulled it up to see if we could use the old hardwood floors, we were surprised to see water damage throughout the living room dining room and one of the bedrooms on the old hardwood floors. My friends who used Express Flooring To Go for laminated wood floors in their Encinitas home, referred me to them and I was amazed to see so many different varieties of Hardwood in their store on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. We were able to get exactly what we wanted at a great price, plus lots of help and support along the way. The service they provide is very personal - not like some of the massive stores in the miramar area where we went before, and the prices we paid were better than what the other stores were offering. I LOVE my new floors and thank you Express Floors to Go!

Hi - I'm Arnold and my wife and I wanted to thank Mark and his extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest staff for helping us get the best deal and quality on our new laminate flooring. We live in Carlsbad and had to replace the floors in our 10 year old house - we thought it would be a lot more expensive and a hassle to get installed, but everything went great. I wish we had tried the new laminate flooring technologies years ago - they've really come a long way and are perfect if you have a lot of wear and tear, like from kids, dirt, sand, or other things that destroy carpeting and hardwood floors.

This place has great customer service!  I spent 2 days on getting the best price for good quality laminate flooring.  I went to 5 different flooring companies (2 more if you count Home Depot and Lowes) getting quotes and learning about which laminate flooring to get.  It came down to Carpeteria Flooring and Express Floors (on Clairemont Mesa Blvd) as far as price.  My decision to go with Express floors was definitely on price but also service.  When I went to the other companies, 3 of them made me feel like I was buying flooring from a USED CAR SALES MAN.  Seriously!  They haggle you and put you on the spot to make a deal now!  I definitely didn't want to be rushed and have buyers remorse.  I believe I was working with Ross (young guy in his early 30's??) and he was the only guy that made me feel comfortable in buying flooring from Express Floors.  Very cool and kick back guy.  Willing to help and give you the best deal possible without telling you to buy now!  Since he knew I was shopping around, he asked to give them a chance if I get a better deal.  (Non of the other companies said that.)  I said "Sure!" I came back 3 days later and Express Flooring hooked me up with some great floors.  Even though it is always a good thing to shop around, I definitely would recommend going to Express Floors.  Good prices and great service!
